The support team doesn't reply right away, though it indeed works 24/7. As for the speed of the ord4er execution, services, everything is great.

They don't pay , my withdrawal request is pending for along time , and support doesn't answer my emails

I have been with this broker for ages now and for me it is definitely one of the top brokers out there. I would really recommend them if you are looking for a reliable broker where you can use an EA. My EA works perfect with them and I have never had any issues with withdrawal.

The company rule is you can withdraw ib commission after the 10th of month. I have made 1050$ ib commission i placed withdraw its take five days. Second day they removed all the commisison only 30$ left there. When i gone to the support they said contact technical support which never give answers. There BDM is gautam das who was called me to join grand capital he is also not asnwering well. He is the manager of india. Never join this scam company

Grand capital they have wrost technical support. Once you place withdrawl recuest you think you will get in 3 days as there terms. But the third day they will decline your withdraw recuest and say rule no, 3.1.2 you cant withdraw money while trades are running even there is enough margin . Accidentally I saw the advert about bonus 40% on every deposit from this broker. I never heard about grand capital before. So I visited their site and was surprised - this broker has many instruments - cfd, binary options, forex. All instruments in mt 4. So i decided to open an account with 100$. Actually i did not regret - a lot of tools , very good platform . But the company with the registration of the seychelles - and it's not even a license. But other way its old company - founded in 2006. For a while I will continue trading with this broker.

May 15, 2020 - no rating today they returned my funds to me, so I want to update my review and I have no more any complaints

Dec 19, 2019 - 1 star they cancel transactions that they believe are supposedly not market ones, but in their MT5 market execution of orders. I, as usual, traded news and they canceled my profit, more than 1k dollars. Funds do not withdraw. I do not recommend this broker.

We have examined your case and found that the company canceled your trades and restored your full initial deposit due to the violation described in article 4.14 of our regulation of the processing and execution of trading transactions:

“while processing tradin operations for CFD and forex, if a client's open/close order was executed at a non-market quote or a client opened/closed a position at a non-market quote, the company reserves the right to:close the position at a current quote and nullify its financial result if the position wasn't closed by the client; nullify or correct the financial result of the position, if it was closed by the client.”

The company has nullified the trading results as per the regulation. We’re sorry for the unpleasant experience, but compliance with the agreements and regulations is mandatory for all clients of the company.

After following the procedure and writing to their technical support, grand capital looked into my issue and realised a mistake that happened on my account and trades which they have sincerely apologised for. On top of their apology they went a step further by giving me back my deposit of $488.11 and a bonus of $195.24.
Thank you grand capital you are a responsible broker. I also urge others who are having issues to contact technical support with enough facts to back their claims this broker will definitely help you.

Mar 5, 2020 - 1 star after opening an account of $488 with grand capital I did not receive the deposit bonus that they had promised. I did all they requested for the verication of my documents and was successful, but still did not get my deposit bonus. Again when trading with them, when you place the buy and sell stop orders they are tempering with my entry prices and changing them to ensure I do not make any profit at all. When I was trading the CAD news (4 march 17:00) I placed a buy stop order at 1.48450 and the current price was 1.48290. But when the trade was triggered I was surprised to find the entry price was changed to 1.48665. I don't know who added the 200 points on my entry price or why this was done. This has been happening in my previous trades with them. Is this how grand capital operates? The CAD news trade moved about 1000 points (100 pips) but I was given a profit of just $13 on a lot size of 0.35 ($3.50 per pip) this is unacceptable. I made a screen shot of the trade it's just that I don't know how to attach it to this report. I wanted everyone to see what I am experiencing with this broker.

Feb 21, 2020 - no rating after seeing the advert from grand capita that they offer 40% bonus on each deposit, I was attracted to them because their bonus offer was slightly above what other brokers are offering. Bit oncei deposited the money and the verication process completed, there as no bonus given . Right now I am sending them emails which they are not responding to. I feel the whole thing about grand capital is nothing but a hoax. If they are giving problems with just a bonus what more when I want to make a withdrawal?

UPDATE: we are forced to admit that the client is obviously lying and did not read the bonus conditions, because, apparently, he does not know that a deposit is required for the replenishment amount after the bonus time has expired.
Obviously, the bonus expired and there was no profit, so after writing off 500 bonuses, the account simply stopped being active and left. In general, it is not clear why the moderator leaves such empty-handed statements.
Howbeit, let us describe the bonus conditions and our attitude to the problem.
Bonus conditions are as follows:
- a special bonus account is created with the bonus funds on it, the conditions are identical to the standard account;
- the client can start trading immediately after receiving this bonus;

What are the conclusions? If the client claims that he has earned 20,000 and is very unhappy that the account is inactive, this means that he most likely did not know that he would not be able to simply take and withdraw these 20,000. When I first spoke to mike his conversation was mild toned that spoke HIGHLY of their trading skill & how they are ELITE AFFILIATES of GRAND CAPITAL.

Mike sent me video clips and screenshots of "clients" that were making explosive profits and said that was typical when you invest on a VIP level @ $30,000. Since i was referred he said I get a VIP discount down to $15,000. He said deposit a check in his partner's wells fargo account:

Now I told him I didn't feel rite doing that because my money is not protected. He said they are able to purchase bitcoin for free. If I do it myself I'm going to get hit with big fees. He instructed me to signup with GRAND CAPITAL.NET

This is the broker that they use to trade your funds ( supposedly ) mike CONSTANTLY contacted me about when will I have the money. When will my deposit be in, do I have an ETA about when will the check clear to make the deposit. I kept in contact with mike. He was ALWAYS AVAILABLE! When I called, HE PICKED UP!

When I texted him, HE RESPONDED. I told him it should clear by the next week. He was so adamant! Telling me he NEEDS to get me in as a client asap. He ask me can I give $2000 to "HOLD MY SPOT". This was around christmas and I just spent a couple of 1000s on gifts. I told him TRUST ME its coming.

He stayed on me, never rested on asking me do I have an "ETA"? Are you making deposit today!! D**n, he was bleeding on me. He said I need to get the funds deposited so they can purchase the bitcoin and get started ASAP.

Now my funds cleared. I had to deposit 3 checks! Each deposit I sent him a pic proof, every deposit he responded. The last deposit mike turned into the guy who was NOW TOO BUSY TO PICK UP HIS PHONE. I called him and he SENT me DIRECTLY TO HIS VOICEMAIL! D**n phone DIDN'T even RING ONCE!

And hes so sloppy with his scamming that he left his instant messenger on so I would know exactly WHEN HE READ MY TEXT BUT HE WOULDN'T respond. Realizing that MIKE was ignoring me, I texted him and let him know where is all that energy he had when he wanted my investment.

He answered 100% of my calls. As soon as that LAST DEPOSIT went thru MIKE DID NOT ANSWER NOT ONE PHONE CALL!! ZERO, ZILCH. I asked for a refund. NOW HE RESPONDS and says its a typical friday, he'll contact me monday, they purchased partial bitcoin and he'll give me a call. NOPE, ALL BS. He did not CALL ME.

Monday night, I requested another refund. He responded and said he will connect with me tomorrow afternoon they are finishing up buying the rest of the bitcoin. If I "NOW"want a refund he will contact his partner. Of course the next day, MIKE DID NOT CALL. I called him and AGAIN he sent me to voicemail

I spoke to an agency that deals with FOREX SCAMS and they specifically told me mike , ronald ameral and grand capital are SCAMMERS. So when he sent me to voicemail again I knew for a fact he knew I found out. I told him I was going to report him.

NOW he responded and said he will contact me today and he got me a $5k bonus. He will get with me by the end of the day. BS.

Again mike did not CALL ME nor text me. Absolutely NOTHING. I texted him about the agency exposing them.. NOW he responds and says give me your email address and he'll send the refund request to his partner. He said my bitcoin was "purchased". He said I will get an email about the refund

OK here goes that mountain of scamming BS. The email stated that if I want a refund they will take 40% of my investment. I either take that or continue to trade. I denied that crap because they didn't trade a d**n thing! All they did was purchase bitcoin WITH MY MONEY, NOT THEIR MONEY, MINE. But there's no proof of that purchase!!

I told mike I was going to sue him and he BLOCKED ME. So i called their bluff and said I'll take the 40% hit. They NEVER RESPONDED!!

While at my bank explaining the scam and closing my account, my biz partner contacted mike. He asked him WTF is going on. Now the refund status has changed since I called their 40% bluff. Now they said to get a refund I need to bring them a client who will invest with them AND I will get hit with a 40% surrender fee.

Now why the hell will I bring someone to them so they can SCAM THEM. Then that person would say I set them up. They changed my login details and emailed me a bogus login and said they purchased bitcoin, A big front trying to act like they're trading. I checked my account and there'[s not a d**n thing in it except words.

THEY COMPLETELY RIP ME OFF.

THEY WILL SAY YOU HAVE TO BRING THEM A CLIENT WHO INVEST THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOU AND THEY WILL TAKE 40% FROM YOUR INVESTMENT.

These scums of the earth rip me off but I will make sure this hits all scam sites, search engines and blog site to protect anyone from investing in them. RUN FAR AWAY

Son unos estafadores, de repente invierto por recomendación un 10.00 a un determinado valor y me encuentro el saldo en cero. Yo no entiendo a si que me fié 100x100 en ellos y no me dijeron nada.
Me llamó otro operador para invertir más y como no quise (estoy de baja desde hace 1 año soy autónomo y no cobro mucho) me llegó a insultar y la verdad que me quedé como un pobre tontorrón al que le timan y encima le pisan. Experiencia muy negativa, so alguien sabe como denunciarles os lo agradecería

La vida.

Hace unos meses que trabajo con esta compañia y la verdad es que la persona que me esta ayudando a formarme me hablo de esta pagina y de que mucha gente duda a la hora de trabajar con ellos debido a esta mala publicidad, es por eso que me he animado a comentar para hablar de mi experiencia.

Claro que se cierran algunas veces operaciones en negativo, no hay nadie que siempre gane, pero ni aqui ni en ningun sitio, esto es la vida, pero claro es mucho mas facil culpar a un tercero que asumir el desconocimiento acerca del mercado y decir que esta gente son estafadores, a mi nadie me ha dicho que abra las operaciones sin stop loss, pero aunque asi hubiera sido, no lo hubiera hecho, es eso mismo que te decia tu madre cuando le contabas algo de un amigo y te decia, si tu amigo se tira por un puente tu tambien lo haces? Pues yo creo que los errores son para aprender a no cometerlos mas, no para decir esta sarta de tonterias acerca de una compañia que solo intenta hacer bien su trabajo.

He perdido algo con el oro en los ultimos meses, aunque el bitcoin estos dias me ha dado una alegria, busquen opiniones del santander igualmente, a ver si son todas positivas.

Una muy buena experiencia

Desde el principio una atención muy buena, tuve algunos problemas para realizar mi depósito inicial y me ayudaron para solucionarlo, todos muy eficientes y ambles. Personal muy cualificado para estafar

Anteriormente, había hecho una valoración positiva, porque había empezado a trabajar con ellos y en cuestión de una semana tenía unos beneficios de 3000euros.Mi gestor era jean pierre, pero a partir de entonces empezó mi calvario, confié en él y aporté más capital, para poder obtener otro bono mejor. Dicho bono, nunca llegó y como me quejé, jean pierre primero había cogido el covid y después lo habían hechado. Hasta entonces yo había acumulado 13000 euros de ganancias, pero todo eran pegas para sacarlos. Entonces se pone en contacto conmigo matías y me pregunta que es lo que quiero conseguir al invertir con ellos y le dejo bien claro que soy muy conservadora y que no quiero arriesgar mis ahorros. A partir de ahí, empieza mi calvario, no solo pierdo los beneficios que había obtenido, sino que también todo el capital invertido. No voy a poner el importe, porque sólo de pensarlo me hecho a llorar y pienso. Esto te pasó por avariciosa, pero, realmente, no es así porque yo dejé bien claro lo que quería y lo único que hize fue confiar en ellos. Como les puse en un correo hace una semana, entiendo que ellos quieran ganar, pero no sé puede ser tan miserable y jugar con la confianza y ahorros de las personas. Evidentemente, su contestación fue que lo notificarian al departamento correspondiente y se pondrían en contacto. Sigo esperando.

Hola buenas tardes, llevo unos 2 años en everfx y acabo de tener un problemita, me quitaron 65€ contacte con pablo millan y antes que me diera cuenta lo tenia de nuevo en mi cuenta.
No se porque la gente dicen que la han estafado, las operaciones las abres tu y las cierras tu, hay que aprender para poder ganarle al mercado, en inernet hay multiples maneras de aprender. Tu eres el que pierde o gana, no lo dejeis en manos de nadie.

No suelo dejar opiniones pero en este caso debo dejarla puesto que he tenido un problema que ha sido solucionado en menos de 45 minutos.

El problema ha sido en concreto la pérdida de unos 65 euros en mi cuenta sin ninguna explicación. He contactado con pablo millán, uno de los integrantes de everfx y este me ha dado la solución en unos 20 minutos sin imponerme ninguna traba.

Simplemente dejo esta buena opinión puesto que da gusto tener un problema de este tipo y ser atendido con tal rapidez y efectividad.

Mala experiencia

Desgraciadamente me hubiese gustado hacer una muy buena valoración, pero en mi caso no puede ser.
Mi número de trader es el 2056364 y y venga por delante que no me escondo para que se sepa quién soy.
En una primera etapa y siendo un principiante en éste mundo, con el señor camilo (gestor de cuentas que me llamaba desde kiev) , me soltó a las fieras sin ningún tipo de información ni asesoramiento ni de formarme acerca de las simples herramientas que tenía a mi alcance en el status pro, por lo que en muy poco tiempo perdí una razonable cantidad de capital de la noche a la mañana, pero no lo voy a explicar porque sería muy largo de contar. Después me ofreció un plan de recuperación que en poco tiempo resultó ser fallido y los ahorros que tenía para otros menesteres se volatilizaron igual que de la misma manera está el mercado hoy en día. Después me vendió por 5.000€ un robot, el cuál no era, si no que era una simple cuenta de pago en social trailblast y en la que me dijo que muy lentamente lo invertido lo iría recuperando. A partir de ahí éste señor, supuestamente, desapareció de su empresa y no he vuelto a tener contacto con él. Una vez llegado a éste punto se puso en contacto conmigo otro gestor de cuentas llamado andrés estrada que se comprometió en ayudarme e intentar recuperar las pérdidas que me generó su antecesor el sr. Así funciona la presunta estafa de brókeres en el mercado de divisas forex

Los testimonios de un grupo de ‘traders’ que invirtieron grandes cantidades en la plataforma YFX capital: “ahora no podemos extraer ni siquiera un euro de nuestras cuentas”

Teresa vive en barcelona. Tiene unos 50 años y atesora unos ahorros. Hace unos meses, decidió invertir en el mercado de divisas forex, y en concreto en la plataforma primefx, que opera también bajo las fórmulas pfxbank e YFX capital. Quería una rentabilidad ultrarrápida y lo que ha conseguido ha sido perder 16.000 euros. Teresa es una de las decenas de inversores particulares afectados por una presunta estafa de brókeres que impiden a sus clientes disponer de los fondos depositados en la plataforma. También les siguen pidiendo más dinero con la excusa de que se trata de la única manera de recuperar lo invertido. Los que aceptan, continúan perdiendo. Los que se niegan, no lo recuperan y van a ir a los tribunales.

Según el despacho de abogados martínez echevarría, que lleva una docena de casos detectados en toda españa, forex “no se trata de una estafa en sí: nada más lejos de la realidad, es un mercado de divisas que, con conocimiento y asesoramiento, puede ofrecer grandes beneficios a los inversores experimentados”. ¿cuál es el problema entonces? Que multitud de 'traders' “han perdido dinero operando a través de brókeres poco fiables o mediante entidades no autorizadas”.

Estos brókeres suelen empezar pidiendo a los clientes una media de 200 euros. Enseguida reciben una rentabilidad muy alta y los clientes invierten más, entusiastas con el rendimiento. Llega un momento en que tras destinar grandes sumas de dinero (en algunos casos, superan los 30.000 euros), los beneficios desaparecen. Y si quieren retirar el dinero, se lo impiden. “el cliente no puede contactar con el bróker. Lo hace solo cuando quiere este", señala a el confidencial gonzalo bentabol, letrado de martínez echevarría.

La forma de seducir a los clientes se basa en la confianza. “esos 200 o 250 euros suponen una cantidad mínima. Si pierdes, es muy poco y todo lo que ganes está muy bien”. Una vez que se produce el registro en la web, llama otro bróker intentando convencer de la necesidad de invertir cantidades más fuertes que requieren un ingreso mínimo de 1.000 euros. Aclaran que son “procedimientos de riesgo, pero que los brókeres son expertos”.

Y llega la ‘operación tarjeta de crédito’. Curro (no quiere decir su nombre verdadero “por vergüenza y para que no me llamen tonto; ni mi familia sabe lo que llevo invertido”) envió los números de su tarjeta (ocultando los tres de seguridad, y eso le dio en principio garantía de que no se trataba de una estafa), aparte de una fotocopia escaneada del DNI.

Los primeros viernes de cada mes se publican los datos de las nóminas no agrícolas de estados unidos. Era una buena oportunidad. “necesitamos un ingreso para invertir”, animan al 'trader'. Este ya confía en el bróker y le da los tres números de seguridad para hacer el cargo en la tarjeta. Invierte 5.000 euros. Le prometen una rentabilidad del 50% y que tendrá el doble del capital invertido en su cuenta. Aún le quedan casi 20.000 euros por recuperar y el bróker le dice que no saque todo el dinero. Curro no puede, necesita el ‘cash’. Le dan largas. Exige saber más datos de la empresa que le ha ofrecido el producto y no se los ofrecen.

Marc garrigasait ya explicaba en su blog en este diario cómo funcionaba ese mercado: “la mayoría de brókeres de divisas 'online', en el llamado mercado forex, permiten operar con todos sus clientes con apalancamientos, ya que las operaciones se liquidan por diferencias. Los clientes invierten en divisas con niveles de apalancamiento de mínimo 10 veces. Por tanto, una pérdida o ganancia del 5% supone perder o ganar un 50% como mínimo”.

YFX capital asegura ser un bróker avalado por los mecanismos de inversión de estados unidos y españa, que pueden utilizar activos de amazon, apple, BBVA y banco santander, “porque están avalados por el sistema internacional de inversiones”. Radican en londres y tienen sede en panamá y colombia. Trabajan con clientes de estos dos últimos países, españa, reino unido, ecuador, chile y venezuela, según aseguran a ‘traders’.

En las islas marshall

El confidencial se puso en contacto a través de dos correos electrónicos con brókeres de esta plataforma. Ningún intermediario ni responsable respondió a los mensajes enviados por este diario. Tampoco contestaron a un número de teléfono de YFX capital, donde sí lo hizo una operadora que dijo que le pasaría el mensaje “al encargado”. La dirección física está radicada en las islas marshall.

La pesadilla empezó para curro en diciembre de 2016, cuando navegando por internet se topó con un anuncio de la plataforma que tenía como anzuelo el de 'las inversiones en el forex'. Pinchó en el enlace y al día siguiente le llamaron por teléfono. Le dijeron que era un cliente potencial. “¿cómo saben mi teléfono?”, preguntó curro. “rastreamos a las personas que se meten en este tipo de anuncios”, le contestaron. Aún se pregunta cómo consiguieron su móvil.

Habla curro: "hace tres años me quedé parado y como no conseguía trabajar, probé suerte con esto"

Otras veces contactan con los posibles 'traders' a través del correo electrónico 'spam' o de facebook. “tenía inquietudes de ganar dinero. Hace tres años me quedé parado y como no conseguía trabajar, probé suerte con esto. Pensé que solo lo haría una vez y lo dejaba. Caí tontamente y ahora no puedo recuperar lo invertido”, dice, arrepentido.

A teresa le sustrajeron (sin avisar) 1.500 euros del dinero de su tarjeta de crédito. Antes había avisado al bróker, que le dijo que se trataría de un error. “ya me lo puedes estar devolviendo”, reclamó ella. “espera, para devolvértelo, antes debes firmarme un conforme de haber hecho la transferencia”. Lo hizo y dos días después volvieron a extraerle dinero de la tarjeta. Lo hizo no ya con la de crédito, sino con la de débito. Anuló las dos tarjetas y denunció el caso a los mossos d'esquadra. “me dijeron que no era ni un robo ni un fraude porque el dinero no estaba perdido”. “¡me lo habían quitado y no podía recuperarlo!”, aclara.

El robot que aseguraba un 89% de beneficios

El vasco pedro (no quiere tampoco decir su nombre) tenía 75.000 euros de ahorros. “me fueron picando y de 200 pasé a 5.000 euros y luego más, un poco más. Me dijeron que un robot aseguraba un 89% de beneficios y ahí fue el error”, destaca pedro. Hay otros casos, como el de un afectado a quien en este mismo mes de abril, para retirar 8.000 euros, le pidieron el pago “de un impuesto de 3.000 euros”. Este cliente no está dispuesto a dar ni un céntimo más. Y está dispuesto a denunciar el caso ante la policía, el banco de españa y el banco central de inglaterra.

Esto es apenas el principio. “estamos recabando la documentación de todos los casos y preparando las denuncias. Los clientes no saben qué hacer. Están muy perdidos”, admite el abogado del bufete martínez echevarría.
