How your job would look like

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
bachelor’s degree in a related subject. Previous work experience as a business analyst, project manager, subject matter expert or user experience specialist for minimum of 2 years. Previous experience within derivatives industry. Exposure to CRM (salesforce/sugar/pipedrive/hubspot) administration/maintenance. Experience in client portal user experience design. Understanding of IT software development cycles. Familiarity with various business, project management and IT methodologies. Organized, diligent and detail oriented. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment. Transparent team player. Excellent knowledge of the english language both written and oral.

How your job will look like?
As the HR recruitment officer, you shall be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of our global team. You shall be conducting group online interviews & phone screenings, identifying potential candidates through online sourcing, updating job ads, scheduling interview appointments and ensure that company will attract and hire the most qualified employees.
Ultimately you shall play an important part in developing recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the group, while identifying suitable candidates for each current role.
Responsibilities:
design and update job descriptions & confirm content with line-managers. Screening job applicants for the hiring & selection process through recruitment databases, social media etc. Interviewing candidates through online channels. Confirm feedback with line-manager and shortlist candidates for 2nd interview process. Updating local websites of available vacancies by using company’s database, social media, local websites etc. Communicating with potential candidates over the phone when needed as to conduct e-meetings and provide assessment reports to line-managers. Handling all the onboarding & offboarding processes – provide relevant information of new hires to the HR department for each entity, accordingly. Keep communication with relevant recruitment agencies, recruitment emails, establish new agreements and/or renew current recruitment contracts. Coordinate with all the participants as to schedule interview meetings online etc. Conduct the recruitment & selection process for executive positions (headhunting) via corporate linkedin account and create a network of potential talents.
Requirements:
minimum 3 years of experience as an HR recruitment officer or in a similar role within the retail FX industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases. Solid knowledge with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring & recruitment. Excellent knowledge of the english language both written and oral. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Pro-active, and independent with the ability to take initiatives. Confident and dynamic personality, with a creative mind. BA or MA in human resources management.
Additionally, you will be managing:
the renewal and/or any (visa) work permit - employee issue, following all local immigration & labor processes accordingly for any new hired and/or existing employees.
The performance management process such as: keeping employee evaluation records, managing performance cycle on a probation & annual basis, and preparing the performance review forms to be sent within time limits for our international staff.
The annual employee one-on-one meetings with the HR department, by collecting feedback, employee views, training needs etc. Of each department in collaboration with the group HR dept.

What will your job look like?
The successful candidate will need to handle all client queries via live chats, emails, and phone calls for the tickmill group; and any other duty assigned by the customer support department.
As the customer support officer, you will process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications daily; you will also be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs.
Requirements:
1-year experience in a customer support or sales position in a regulated financial services company. Excellent knowledge of the english language both written and oral. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. Organized, diligent and detail oriented. Computer literate, good capacity of microsoft office applications. Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation, and a team player. Positive can-do attitude. Willingness to do morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis. Flexible to work on cyprus public holidays on rotation. Working hours 09:00-18:00 (1 hr. Lunch break) & 14:00 – 22:00 / monday - friday.

What will your job look like?
The successful candidate will have extending functionalities and features of company’s sugarcrm system; will have to analyze requirements for new features and implement them in sugarcrm system;
responding, investigating and resolving various incidents related to sugarcrm system while maintain and enhance existing client area system. Writing high quality, testable and performance optimized code.
Your role will be required to have:
- excellent knowledge of the english language both written and oral, is necessary;
- an ability to work with short deadlines and under pressure;
- professionalism and work ethic, self-motivation and a desire to succeed;
- minimum of five years of previous work experience in sugarcrm enterprise edition;

What will your job look like?
The successful candidate will have extending functionalities and features of company’s sugarcrm system; will have to analyze requirements for new features and implement them in sugarcrm system;
responding, investigating and resolving various incidents related to sugarcrm system while maintain and enhance existing client area system. Writing high quality, testable and performance optimized code.
Your role will be required to have:
- excellent knowledge of the english language both written and oral, is necessary;
- an ability to work with short deadlines and under pressure;
- professionalism and work ethic, self-motivation and a desire to succeed;
- minimum of five years of previous work experience in sugarcrm enterprise edition;
- minimum experience of five years using mysql or similar;
- previous experience within FX industry on a similar IT field as above will be considered an advantage;
- experience with agile/scrum methodology will be considered an advantage;
- bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT or related field: is a must.
